The company collapsed to the administration on July 6 with the closure of nine of its restaurants.
Administrators from Leonard Curtis Recovery confirmed on July 26 that a sale has been completed, saving all 530 jobs at the group's remaining 20 restaurants.
"We have since managed to secure a buyer for the business and are delighted that this positive outcome has been achieved," said joint administrator Julien Irving.
