It will bring 120 apprentices in to work in eight different locations.
The apprentices who secure a place on the retail services course will be trained in customer service, sales, equality and diversity, and workplace health and safety. Meanwhile,those on the team leader course will learn additional skills in management, motivation and conflict resolution.
