Marco Reick joins LEON
LEON appointed Reick to the role of People Director.
Co-founder & CEO John Vincent said, “Marco Reick is joining LEON as People Director. I like him. The rest of the LEON family like him. He is going to help us grow big and strong, whilst focusing on the growth and well-being of every individual.”
Reick joins LEON as it commits to opening 50 new stores and hiring 1000 more people over the next four years following £19m funding from OakNorth.
He said, “LEON has an inspiring vision, one that I’ve admired as a customer for many years. I own all of their cookbooks. I am excited to be joining the team to help make LEON a place where people can live and eat well, grow and achieve. So much is already being done, and we are planning so much more.”
LEON currently has 41 sites across the UK and Europe, most recently opening their doors in Brighton, London Liverpool Street Station and Eastcastle Street.
