The group of restaurants and delis founded by chef Tom Aikens, announced the launch of Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham, as well as its first international deli located at Dubai Parks and Resorts, Riverland.
Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham will open in December, as a restaurant, bar and deli located at The Mailbox, with the design overseen by B3 designers. As the first UK Tom’s Kitchen venture outside of London, Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham will offer all-day dining, 7 days a week, and will serve British dishes in a relaxed and informal environment. There will also be a range of private and semi-private spaces, perfect for parties and events.
Speaking of the launch of Tom’s Kitchen Birmingham, founder Tom Aikens said: “Birmingham is a vibrant and bustling city with a thriving food scene. There is already a wonderful array of restaurants in the city, and I believe that Tom’s Kitchen will offer an exciting new option for diners in The Mailbox development”.

Tom’s Kitchen is also set to launch its first deli outside of the UK, at Dubai Parks and Resorts, Riverland. In keeping with the Dubai Parks location, the deli will offer a fun, stylish design and lively atmosphere, incorporating an abundance of colours and materials, which have been inspired by the Riverland resort. The deli will offer express food options designed for children and adults visiting the park.
Tom’s Kitchen Deli Dubai is set to launch on the 1st October 2016.
