French company Sodexo will be buying up the firm's remaining contracts.
The Peyton family will take charge of its bakeries operation. Oliver Peyton, who co-founded the company in 2005, will remain with his 260 staff, while Sodexo is believed to keep the brand.
Sodexo did not disclose details as to how much it paid.
