Marks and Spencer launches new drive to cut down food waste

Marks and Spencer unveiled a major new initiative to cut down on food waste at its stores.

According to an article by the Evening Standard, the high street retailer aims to eliminate the problem of food waste by having all edible surplus food from its shops and direct food suppliers redistributed to charities.
