P.F. Chang’s lands at Westfield Stratford City
The new restaurant has 166 seats across indoor and terrace dining areas.
P.F Chang’s has opened its new London restaurant at Westfield Stratford City, following a VIP launch ahead of its public opening on 21 September.
The 460sqm-plus restaurant is located on the second floor of the shopping centre, above the food court and close to Vue Cinema.
It has 166 seats across indoor and terrace dining areas.
At the launch event, guests sampled P.F. Chang’s dishes, including Dynamite Shrimp and Mongolian Beef, alongside signature cocktails.
The event also featured lion dancing and drumming, Chinese calligraphy, and live music.
The Stratford site serves a fully halal menu, with dishes inspired by cuisines from across Asia. The menu includes sharing options aimed at families and groups.
