Wimpy opens store in Bourne End

The chain recently trialled Beyond burgers in select stores.

Wimpy has opened its newest branch in Bourne End.

The fast food chain opened up out of the old Natwest bank building in The Parade last 3 February, and is only operating for takeaway customers at the moment to conform to the ongoing lockdown rules.

The 46-seater restaurant is also taking call and collect services, with home delivery due to follow shortly via the Just Eat and Uber Eats online platforms.

The chain opened the Bourne End location following “a major investment programme” by new franchisee Doné Khan, who operated the recently-closed Wimpy in Marlow.
