Honi Poké has announced that they have launched a new vegan menu that is developed by food consultant Nellie Nichols.
The vegan menu features three Vegan Bowls with ingredients such as Korean BBQ pulled ‘pork’ made from jackfruit, falafel with pineapple, avocado and mango.
Other new additions include their on-the-go mini poké bowls, soups and Special Bowls with teriyaki chicken, sriracha mayo salmon, and chorizo chicken.
“Nellie has helped us evolve our menu to appeal to the ever-growing vegan market, as well as introduced new lines and ideas into the fold. Our menu will continue to innovate and change regularly to stay ahead of the competition,” Honi Poké founder Vladimir Martynov said.
