Pret A Manger is developing a dinner menu, seeing it as an opportunity amidst a surge in home deliveries taking place in the evening.
“I think this would just be an online delivery dinner proposition,” CEO Pano Christou told in an interview with The Guardian.
The chain, which underwent a much-publicised restructuring, also opened a dark kitchen in north London. It also recently appointed Goodstuff Communications to run its UK media planning and buying business as it bids to combat a decline in commuter footfall with a coffee subscription service and more investment in data-driven outdoor marketing.
