GAILs signs delivery partnership with Uber Eats
Cinnamon buns, sourdough breads and the chain’s speciality coffee can now be delivered.
Bakery chain GAIL’s has partnered with Uber Eats to expand into delivery.
The company said the move comes as morning delivery habits continue to accelerate across the UK. Breakfast took the crown as the fastest-growing mealtime on Uber Eats in the UK last year, with app searches for coffee also more than doubling (+150%) in 2025 as consumers looked for convenient ways to jumpstart their day.
Select stores will be available on the Uber Eats app. The menu features the brand’s signature cinnamon buns, freshly baked sourdough breads, flaky croissants, and hand-crafted savoury pastries - alongside its house-blend speciality coffees.
“GAIL's is a modern craft bakery with a mission to feed more people better. Through our partnership with Uber Eats, we're making it easier for more people to enjoy the bread, pastries and speciality coffee we're known for, wherever they are,” Tom Molnar, Co-Founder and CEO at GAIL’s, said.
