Tortilla giving away free burritos on 11 December

Customers who wish to avail the items to be in a Christmas jumper and give a £2 donation.

Tortilla announced it is giving away free burritos on 11 December, from 12 noon to 2pm, for customers in a Christmas jumper and who make a £2 donation via text code in-store.

Proceeds will be given to Save The Children, the Mexican chain said.

The offer includes a free medium burrito or naked burrito bowl with all the trimmings – including a serving of their winter specials; spiced cranberry, orange and chipotle salsa and fresh raw slaw; a mix of crunchy autumn vegetables, mint and lime.

“We’re gift-wrapping burritos (bow included), running a ‘Find Santa Burrito’ competition on
Instagram to win a year’s supply of Tortilla, and we’ve created our very own corn chip ‘gold dust’ for magical crunch,” Tortilla marketing head Megan Burton-Brown said.

Tortilla is also offering free delivery on Uber Eats from 7 to 13 December, a free bag of chips with every main ordered on Deliveroo from 11 to 16 December and a free burrito for every Deliveroo rider on 9 December.
