Uber Eats to partner with Karma Kitchens to pilot restaurant ‘accelerator' programme

The company expects to partner with up to ten restaurants for the initiative.

Uber Eats will be partnering with Karma Kitchens to pilot restaurant ‘accelerator’ programme, an initiative designed to work with small, local existing restaurant partners to help them expand to areas of high demand with a delivery-only restaurant.

The company, which now has 900 virtual restaurants in the UK and Ireland, expects to partner with up to 10 restaurants through the programme.

Uber Eats has yet to provide an official launch date for the initiative.
