Vita Mojo raises over £2 million from crowdfunding

Vita Mojo is a fast-growing restaurant chain and software company.

Initially looking to raise a target £1,500,000 from crowdfunding platform Crowdcube, the company has since received over £2 million in investments.

Backed by €6bn global caterer, Elior, Vita Mojo aims to "make personalised food the norm around the world" through brand expansion and franchising, as well as leasing its proprietary software to other restaurants.
