Charles Ogilvie
As Head of Innovation at JWT Atlanta, Charles Ogilvie brings more than 20 years of global experience in innovation, spanning from retail and hospitality technology, mobile, satellite and terrestrial communications, aviation, FinTech and interactive platform architecture, content & analytics to traditional entertainment. In addition to client-side agency management, Charles has also developed, negotiated and executed interactive content deals with major brands such as Google, Land Rover, Virgin Atlantic and others.
Previously, he has served multi-million dollar startup and corporate efforts, including leading the design and execution of the award winning guest-engagement system, Red, as the Founding Director of Inflight Entertainment & Partnerships at Virgin America. He brought Seatback Food and Drink Ordering, payment processing and settlement and a cashless cabin to the skies, made seat upgrades, lounge access upgrades, and seat changes and other reservation system functionality easier on Virgin’s hospitality kiosks and on other platforms, made WiFi an expectation as well as a tool for crew optimization, and helped rethink legacy B2C and B2B models.
He has held numerous executive roles including VP Asia Pacific at Zodiac Aerospace Inflight Innovations, Executive Director of Business Development in Silicon Valley and Executive Director of China at Panasonic Avionics. At Panasonic, he was responsible for running Panasonic Avionics’ China Region and developing and managing its’ strategy for China and was posted in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore.
David Payet
David joined Wordline as Grocery Retail and QSR offer manager in 2020, with over 14 years' experience mainly in the retail industry. In his role, David brings vertical expertise to help grocery retailers and quick-service restaurants (QSRs) deliver best-in-class checkout experience making their customers' lives much easier.
Prior to this role, David spent nine years working for Carrefour Group and held a variety of roles related to digital and omnichannel customer experience. Most recently, he was part of the executive committee of Market Pay (Carrefour's payment institution operating internationally) where he was in charge of marketing and products.

John Oakes
John Oakes is Chief Executive Officer at Revenue Management Solutions. As CEO, he leads all global operations, providing strategic planning as the business enjoys continued growth. Since joining RMS in 2002, John has helped grow the company from one office in Tampa, America to a worldwide organisation doing business in more than 40 countries.
Oakes has extensive expertise in management, technology infrastructure, system design, and data analytics. He has directly overseen the development of software and systems essential to RMS’ core solutions for hospitality operators. Under his leadership, the business has dramatically scaled its technology infrastructure and team, leading to an exceptional ability to analyse vast amounts of real-time customer data.
Prior to joining RMS, Oakes worked with major technology companies, where he contributed to numerous successful software projects. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Tampa and an MBA from the University of Florida. In his spare time, John likes nothing more than visiting new and exciting restaurant concepts, together with sailing and taking part in half-marathons.
Julian Reilly
Julian Reilly is the Property & Franchise Development Director at Creams Cafe, the UK’s largest dessert brand with c100 stores nationwide. With nearly 30 years of property industry experience and having run his own property consultancy business for 12 years prior to joining Creams, Julian has extensive knowledge in advising food& beverage companies such as KFC, McDonalds and more on their property strategy and acquisitions.

Lee is proud of the trust customers have placed with Ingenico and his team. Being able to help organisations reduce the cost, complexity and burden of PCI while assuring their revenues and enabling them to increase their customer satisfaction scores is at the heart of the Ingenico strategy.
Lisa Raymond
Lisa Raymond is a specialist retail and leisure property partner at Keystone Law with a particular focus on the restaurant sector. Her clients range from nationwide established brands to beginners in the industry spanning the sectors of fine dining, food to-go, patisseries, fun eating chains and sandwich bars.
Lisa assists with all areas of the sector from the development and letting of multi-use leisure parks to the buying and selling of restaurants and leisure property, leases, licences, assignments and management issues.
