Papa John’s has named its ‘Champions of Better’ at a recent Company franchise conference, held in Milton Keynes.
For the first time, Papa John’s entire UK network; including store managers, key staff as well as franchise owners and suppliers, came together to celebrate and highlight outstanding team and individual achievements throughout the year.
Phil Gaffer, QFP, Papa John’s franchise sales and business development manager said, “As Papa John’s continues to expand rapidly, our whole focus continues to be on being ‘better’. As franchisors we help franchisees provide a superior product, better customer service and an as part of this, our goal is to create a better overall franchising experience. To support this aim, our conference ‘championed better’ and recognised the most successful store openings, the highest sales growth plus the most outstanding staff and contractor contributions.
“In addition, inspiring key note presentations from Gareth Davies, regional vice president for Western Europe and David Scott, senior director marketing, outlined results from recent customer focus groups designed to see how we can further improve our high-levels of customer service. Strategies and tactical plans were also shared about moving forward and how the whole Papa John’s family can strive for even better into 2018 and beyond.”
