CRUSSH reveals autumn menu
Featuring fresh raw pressed turmeric.
The brand launched its new autumn menu, which features two new drinks that use raw pressed turmeric, a range of warming Super Grain Hot Pots and a coconut milk porridge for breakfast.
Helen Jones, head of marketing at CRUSSH, said: “We’re really excited with the new products we’ve developed for customers to enjoy this autumn. Keeping our menu fresh, with innovative products, is something that CRUSSH has always been known for and we want to keep that up! With turmeric’s current press coverage, it’s a great time for us to offer drinks that incorporate its celebrated health benefits. We use fresh turmeric over powder as it gives a much cleaner, smoother taste and texture. A Turmeric Latte or a juice with turmeric, ginger, apple and pear are great for this time of year to help keep colds at bay.”
CRUSSH is giving its customers two products to help incorporate turmeric into their food and drink to boost their diets. They have a spicy, freshly pressed juice, Turmeric Tonic, and a warming Turmeric Latte, made with almond milk. Both use freshly pressed raw turmeric and are prepared in store to order.
The Super Grain Hot Pots feature a menu of different flavours and incorporate a range of healthy grains: einkorn – the oldest and purest form of wheat; quinoa – a grain that is gluten free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain all nine amino acids; and spelt – high in fibre and low in gluten, it contains a special carbohydrate that digests slowly in the body. They are all packed full of fibre, low GI and nutrient rich.
