LEON updates January menu with seasonal additions

The chain will also reintroduce familiar dishes in revised form until April.

LEON is using its January menu to reset its food offer, focusing on seasonal dishes made with natural ingredients.

A new breakfast item, the Salmon Smörgås-Box, centres on London Cure Smoked Salmon, which holds PGI status and is the only smoked salmon with protected designation.

The dish pairs the salmon with two poached eggs, smashed avocado, and spinach, finished with olive oil and a seven-seed mix.

Also joining the menu is Banana & Turmeric Honey Granola, a gluten-free pot combining turmeric, honey, sliced banana, granola, and probiotic yoghurt, topped with bee pollen.

Lentil Masala, a long-standing LEON dish, returns in an updated version. The vegan curry combines lentils and coconut milk, lightly spiced with cumin, ginger and mustard seeds, and is served with brown rice.

Until April, the chain will continue to reintroduce familiar dishes in revised form.

Rounding out the seasonal additions is a Morello Cherry Iced Matcha Latte, made with ceremonial-grade matcha, Morello cherry coulis, and a choice of dairy or plant-based milk, served over ice.
