Bluebird Café partners with PetsPyjamas to launch afternoon tea with dogs
The new afternoon tea will run for six weeks and will be in support of Wild at Heart Foundation.
Bluebird Café will soon welcome guests and their four-legged friends to enjoy a very special afternoon tea, following its partnership with dog-welcoming holidays & travel site PetsPyjamas.
Available every Sunday starting July 22, the recently-opened café's 'Pup of Tea' will serve the canines some vegan dog cookies, made with banana and vegan peanut butter and handmade by head chefs Simon Gregory and Prashant Patil.
Humans, meanwhile, will have a three-tiered selection of jam and cream fruit scones, chocolate swiss roll and carrot and citrus cupcakes. Cucumber and smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwiches will also be on offer.
The exclusive afternoon tea will cost £21.50 and is available from 2.30pm – 5pm for six weeks in support of Wild at Heart Foundation, a charity that supports animal welfare projects.
Bluebird Café will add a £1 donation to all ‘Pup of Tea’ bills.
