How Leon can serve barista-quality coffee whilst saving rainforests
They predict to save 42,00 square metres of rainforests before 2022 ends.
Fast food brand Leon will launch their self-serve coffee kiosks in 68 petrol forecourts in the UK.
With these kiosks, they will not only serve high quality coffee but also help save rainforests.
In its partnership with the World Land Trust, LEON’s coffee is organic, fairtrade and eco-friendly.
“In fact, for every seven cups consumed, one metre squared of rainforest is saved no matter whether it’s served in a restaurant, brewed at home, or poured at one of their new kiosks,” it said in a media release.
They intend to launch new kiosks to save 42,000 square metres before the end of the year.
Over five kiosks have been trialled across the country.
