50p from every loaf of bread will be donated to The Felix Project’s latest programme.
Having raised £15,013 for the charity last year, PAUL continues its support by donating unsold products to the charity on a daily basis. PAUL will also be raising additional funds for The Felix Project, and partnering charity StreetSmart, through its two restaurants with a £1 voluntary bill donation at Le Restaurant de PAUL Tower 42 and Le Restaurant de PAUL Covent Garden.
The Felix Project distributes London's surplus fresh food which would otherwise go to waste to feed the homeless. This year’s Christmas campaign aims to raise the funds to feed primary school children across London.
PAUL UK CEO Jean-Michel Orieux said, “The Felix Project is a close charity of ours and we are honoured with the progress we have made so far. Being able to feed young children around this time of year is an initiative we are delighted to be a part of and have every confidence that we can raise a higher sum this winter”.
