Burger King partners with UK Youth to engage teens as catalyst for change
The partnership will provide funding for the charity’s programs.
Burger King is partnering with youth charity UK Youth to help engage teens and young adults “reach their full potential and thrive at every stage of their lives”.
The partnership follows new research that revealed that 83% of young people say their mental wellbeing has been negatively impacted by the current economic climate.
The partnership will providel funding over the next two years and support the charity’s work helping young lives by unlocking youth work as a catalyst for change by providing assistance and support from employability to social action and physical and mental health through youth work.
“UK Youth plays a crucial role in empowering young people to overcome obstacles and achieve their maximum potential. These ambitions resonate strongly with Burger King UK and we are proud to become official charity partners, supporting UK Youth to create meaningful positive change,” Nicola Pierce, director of commercial planning and ESG at Burger King said.
