Healthy food-to-go concept Pollen + Grace has surpassed its crowdfunding target

The brand launched a pitch for £350,000 on crowdfunding platform Seedrs. As of this writing, it has raised over £424,000. The business will use the funds to boost its sales and marketing reach.

Pollen + Grace was founded in 2015 by Stephanie Johnson, Hazel Allison and Kristina Komlosiova and has grown from a niche lunch delivery service to having products sold by Whole Foods, WHSmith and Ocado.

Having its January sales increased by 43% in 2019, the concept aims to turn a profit by the end of the year.
