LEON introduces 15 new menu items
It is also reopening five more sites.
LEON is introducing its biggest ever menu change, with 15 new dishes and a reduced new price point in its breakfast meal deal and takeaway options.
New dishes include the Coconut, Jackfruit & Lime curry, Vegan Aubergine Tabbouleh Salad, Satay Fries and Vegan Cheezy Fries.
LEON’s best-selling grocery dips will also be added to the menu, as the restaurants continue to adapt into mini-supermarkets by continuing to offer items from its grocery range.
Its ongoing 50% discount for NHS staff is set to be extended to all emergency service workers, including police, fire, ambulance and armed forces.
“Recent weeks and months have reminded us of the power of food and how important it is, so we're excited to be launching a new, more affordable menu bursting with big, natural flavours. We want to continue saying ‘thank you’ to the NHS and are proud to be not only continuing our 50% discount but extending it to all the emergency services, to help them do the best job they can,” LEON founder and CEO John Vincent said.
LEON has introduced new tech-forward measures such as Smart Order, enabling ordering on mobile and tablet; and SafeZone technology, providing customers with cashless payment options across all restaurants. The brand is also planning to install Rezolve VR technology to its POS system.
The chain is also set to reopen five more sites including Bankside, Cannon Street, Manchester Piccadilly, Broadwick Street and Moorgate.
