PAUL's Christmas campaign raised £13,000 for The Felix Project

The bakery chain also announced that it has saved 55,012 food parts from going to landfill since 2018.

PAUL announced that its recent Christmas campaign has raised £13,000 for The Felix Project.

During the holiday season, all 37 PAUL stores donated 50p from every Festive Pig Christmas sandwich sold to the charity, which has distributed the chain’s puddings made from five tonnes of overall surplus breads.

The campaign, which started in 2016, has raised a total of £51,000 as of press time.

The bakery chain also announced that it has saved 55,012 food parts from going to landfill since it joined the Too Good To Go app in 2018. The app allows customers to purchase unsold food from different foodservice brands.
