Bill's aims to boost evening trade with new look

The restaurant group will also feature a new menu and cocktail list across the country.

Bill’s Restaurant Group has announced that they will be relaunching 10 of their stores with a new, modernized look as a strategy to improve its evening trade.

Some of the new interior designs include velvet seatings and chandeliers. The group is still keen on keeping their ‘farmhouse glamour’ identity.

The revamp will be rolling out in its Greenwich, Soho, Hammersmith, Clink Street, Wimbledon and Kensington, Tunbridge Wells, Norwich and Cambridge sites.

“We have achieved amazing things for Bill’s since the brand’s inception back in 2002. Having built local affection across all restaurants with our ‘all day menu’, we are now developing a fantastic new environment to enjoy late night dinner and cocktails,” Bill Collison, founder of Bill’s, said.

The restaurant group will also hold their evening launch activity at the Soho store on October 11. Further events and local partnerships for the refurbished sites will go on until December.
