Carluccio's to debut new look through their 'Project Fresca' programme

The first restaurant to showcase a new look will be Carluccio’s Chester later this month.

Carluccio’s has announced its 'Project Fresca' plan, transforming 20 of their restaurants annually under a £10 million investment programme.

The Italian chain says the project aims to elevate the guest experience through restaurant refurbishments, food development, consumer-facing events and collaborations.

Carluccio’s Chester site is the first restaurant to showcase a new look later this month, followed by their Newcastle site in October.

The funding follows Carluccio’s conclusion to the CVA process last May.
