Hummingbird Bakery reopens Portobello Road store after makeover
Its new look features a customisation station and sleek marble countertops.
The Hummingbird Bakery has reopened Portobello Road bakery in Notting Hill just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Located on the iconic road in Notting Hill, 133 Portobello Road is the first bakery The Hummingbird Bakery opened when it launched in 2004. Favourite amongst locals and also a popular tourist spot, The Humming Bakery is renowned for introducing Red Velvet cakes to Great Britain
The bakery’s new look features a customisation station, sleek marble countertops and flashes of signature Hummingbird Pink, reflecting the new style of The Hummingbird Bakery as seen in recent openings in Victoria and St John’s Wood.
The menu will include the highly-recommended Red Velvet soft service ice cream, a perfect summer dessert when visiting the Notting Hill famous market.
Customers can also enjoy signature cheesecakes, traditional American pies, birthday cakes, cheesecakes, brownies and cookies.
The Hummingbird Bakery has five branches in London - Portobello Road, South Kensington, Spitalfields, Victoria and St John’s Wood. Spitalfields bakery is the next store to be temporarily closed for renovation.
