
Filmore and Union reaches financing target through crowdfunding
At the time of publication, the brand has already raised more than £750,000, exceeding their target of £500,000.
Filmore and Union utilized Crowdcube, a crowdfunding platform that enables investors to invest in start-up, early and growth stage businesses alongside professional investors.
“We’re taking Filmore & Union to the next level with ambitious plans to grow and expand the business throughout the North of England. It’s important to us that we stay true to our Yorkshire roots and we can’t think of a better way of doing this than inviting all our customers and friends to become part of our journey,” the company said.

“Our goal is to raise £500,000 for a 10% equity share of the company which will help us expand the business throughout the North of England. We are offering both A and B shares. If you invest over £10,000 you will receive A shares which entitle you to full voting rights,” the company added.
