Hotcha releases new Crowdcube Mini-Bond for investors
The Chinese takeaway chain hopes to raise £1,000,000 from the mini-bonds.
Mini-bonds are a way for more established businesses to borrow sums of money from investors to help the issuing company grow.
Investors are rewarded in the form of regular interest payments until the end of the bond. That means investors will get a fixed income over the life of the bond and at the end receive their initial investment back too.
Hotcha are the latest QSR to go down the mini-bond route following Taylor St Baristas earlier this year, in addition to other high profile equity raisings on both the Crowdcube and Seedrs platforms.
