Lazeez Tapas relaunches with new menu and look
The Lebanese restaurant was initially launched in 2014.
Coming back with a fresh new look and a revamped menu is Lazeez Tapas, offering contemporary Lebanese food in a relaxed setting on Duke Street, Mayfair.
Initially launched in 2014, the restaurant boasts its sourcing of authentic ingredients from Lebanon, its selection of premium wines and beers and its network of local Lebanese bakers, butchers and grocers.
The menu features a “quick lunch” section that has a collection of wraps and tapas such as Shish Taouk (marinated grilled chicken wrap with garlic sauce) or Motaball (grilled aubergine with tahini).
For dinner, traditional Lebanese dishes are highlighted with all cuts of meat grilled over charcoal. Signature dishes such as whole grilled seabass with fattoush salad and hummus are also featured.
Their tapas menu has vegetarian and vegan choices such as homemade hummus and patata harra (spicy fried potatoes). A takeaway option is also available for time-sensitive customers.
Beneath the restaurant’s ground floor is a lounge where guests can avail of their revamped dinner menu, which features new drinks menu such as the Lazeez Old Fashioned or the summery Duke of Mayfair (vodka, Cointreau, mango, orange, cranberry and lime juice).
