Papa Johns receives $1.5b buyout offer—report

The group reported lower net income for the full year 2025.

Papa Johns received an offer to buy the company for $1.5b, according to a report by Reuters.

Qatari-backed investment fund Irth Capital was said to have offered to pay the pizza chain $47 a share.

The news follows after the group reported a net income of $32m for the full year 2025, falling from $84m in 2024.
