Bonnie Gull to raise £200,000 investment on Crowdcube
It is raising funds to support and improve existing operations and expand into new locations.
Bonnie Gull restaurants aim to achieve a 70% GP across food and drink. Salt 'n' Sauce will fix the price of key products with suppliers and aims to operate with a 75% gross profit. The model is based on grab & go/delivery sites, primarily outside of London, with low cap-ex and low overheads to provide a platform for fast potential expansion.
The funds will be used to invest in the first Salt 'n' Sauce Oxford launch. Re-fit and improvements are also planned to existing Bonnie Gull restaurants, as well as development of the brand and team.
