Creams Cafe announces package to help partners during inflation
There will be financial incentives and reductions in royalty fees until 2023.
Over 100 Creams Cafe restaurants in the UK will get a complete support package, including financial incentives, to help them overcome inflation challenges, the dessert concept said.
Its Emergency Franchise Partner Support package will be from October 2022 to February 2023. A reduction in royalty fees is included in the package.
"Those looking to refurbish their restaurants will also receive an attractive incentive – the refurbishment scheme will ensure restaurants are as energy efficient and sustainable as possible whilst attracting both new and returning customers through a modern and refreshed design," it read.
There will also be advice on managing labour efficiency, effectively engaging with landlords to reduce rent, and tips on maximising energy use.
Othman Shoukat, Managing Director of Creams said: “We took a similarly proactive approach during Covid-19 with our dedicated Taskforce and came out the other side significantly stronger than pre-pandemic levels with average store sales in 2021 approximately 20% higher compared to pre-pandemic 2019. I am confident that with this comprehensive support package, we will maintain good momentum and replicate this success despite the difficult environment.”
