YO!, LEON introduce new ranges at Sainsbury's stores
The grocery chain also has a partnership with Crussh.
YO! and LEON are getting more involved in the grocery space, introducing separate ranges in Sainsbury’s stores.
A spokesperson from YO! told QSR Media that its food-to-range is now in over 300 Sainsbury’s stores in part of the sushi chain’s multi-channel expansion.
This follows its earlier announcement of extending its sushi and other ready-made meal offerings with the upcoming launch of its manned kiosks at Asda by February.
YO! has also rolled out its food-to-go items in 50 Tesco stores.
Meanwhile, LEON has introduced three new vegan dips at the supermarket chain’s stores as part of its partnership with them since October.
The Pea-Lentiful dip is made with peas, green lentils and red pepper, whilst LEON’s Hummus combines extra virgin olive oil, sweet black garlic and Sicilian lemon juice. Their veggie dip, Beetziki, is a mix of Greek-style yogurt, beetroot and extra virgin olive oil.
Sainsbury’s has also partnered with Crussh in introducing the healthy food brand’s food-to-go range in over 300 stores after trialling it over the past three years.
