YO! opens 25th to-go sushi kiosk with Tesco

The kiosks offer made-to-order sushi and ready-made meals.

YO! is halfway through its target roll out of 50 to-go sushi kiosks with the launch of its 25th kiosk at Tesco Durham Extra.

The sushi chain’s partnership with groceries company Tesco looks to complete the kiosk roll out by the end of the year.

“Developing our YO! To Go proposition is an integral part of our multi-channel strategy to drive availability and engagement with more consumers,” YO! CEO Richard Hodgson said in a statement.

The YO! Kiosks offers made-to-order sushi, as well as ready-made meals like salmon teriyaki and chicken katsu curry.
