Chopstix to expand in Derby this month

Its new site on St. Peter’s Street is the latest to open.

Chopstix, Asian QSR brand, is set to open a new store in Derby this July as it seeks to expand in the UK.

Its new shop on St. Peter’s Street is the latest to open under the management of a franchisee, who already operate five other locations in the UK. The franchisee seeks to open two more by the end of the year.

For 2022, Chopstix seeks to open at least 12 more stores “through a mix of directly owned and operated stores (equity stores), and also in concert with partners as the company continues to grow in the franchise space.”
