Creams Cafe enlists with Procure4 ahead of expansion plans
The dessert parlour brand enlisted procurement consultancy Procure4 to review their entire supply chain ahead of expansion.
Creams Cafe CEO Paul Haworth will be leading the brand to open 75+ sites across England, Wales and Scotland by December 2017, while eying longer term plans of over 200 stores nationally. Procure4’s remit is to develop a robust supply chain for Creams Cafe that supports their growth plans, with a scope of work that includes food and beverage, goods & services not for resale, property capex and maintenance.
Ben James, project manager at Procure4 said “This is an exciting engagement for Procure4 given Creams’ growth trajectory and the opportunity to support Adam, Balal, Paul and their team in developing a market-leading brand over the next few years. The breadth of the project’s scope makes it particularly interesting, in addition to the fact that Creams operates in a sector in which we’ve had great success.”
Procure4 has worked with a number of the UK’s leading hospitality businesses in recent years, including Pizza Express, ASK, Zizzi, Nandos, Caprice & Birley Clubs, Soho House, Wagamama, Pizza Hut, Byron and Carluccio’s.
