Dunkin' slated to debut in Belgium ‘as early as next year': report
The doughnut chain has more than 3,100 stores in over 30 countries outside the US.
A Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee in the Netherlands has revealed plans to open the chain’s first store in Belgium “as early as next year,” the Brussels Times has reported.
Citing an interview from RetailTrends, the report said that Roberto Fava plans to launch “about ten stores a year for the next four to five years.”
After the targeted launch in Antwerp next year, Fava said that they “will have forty or fifty stores in the Netherlands and twenty or so in Belgium.”
Brussels Times also noted that this is the first concrete information about Dunkin’s debut in Belgium after rumours have circulated since 2015.
