Franco Manca, Shelley Sandzer secures two new London sites
Franco Manca, with its UK leisure property agency, Shelley Sandzer, announced that it has secured two new London sites.
They include an approximately 2,200 sq ft site located at 337 Kentish Town Road, plus an 2,200 sq ft site in Kilburn, North London. The restaurant design for both new restaurants are to be carried out by an in house team.
Commenting on the Kentish Town deal, Casey Phillips, Partner at Shelley Sandzer, said: “Perception of Kentish Town has changed in just a few years and the location has been proven to have a strong daytime trade as well as evening. With the likes of Soho House, Knowhere Special, Ladies and Gents, Wahaca and Pret grabbing the cable tow, footfall and daytime trade has blossomed and Franco Manca will be in great company in this location.”
“Shelley Sandzer has once again acted with a great knowledge of the market to secure a valuable site for Franco Manca.”
David Sykes, at Franco Manca, said: “Shelley Sandzer continues to find excellent sites for us and have become a trusted source of industry advice. We are very happy to have worked with them on our expansion plans so far and opened new locations in line with our strategy. Response to our new Guildford restaurant has been overwhelmingly positive and we can’t wait to invite people to Kentish Town and Kilburn later this year.”
