Hotcha looks to expand in the northwest
The Chinese takeaway chain welcomed its first franchisees in the North West as part of its expansion plan to open more than 100 stores across the UK in the next five years.
Business partners Keith Janion and Chris Wright are looking to open ten new sites in the next few years in the Liverpool and Chester area.
Janion said, “Hotcha offers an exciting and different opportunity for us. The business model has catapulted the brand to significant popularity and the company continues to go from strength to strength.”
“We very much look forward to launching our first stores and to replicate the success it has in the South West.”
There are currently nine Hotcha own operated stores in the South West, which has represented the first stage of the company’s growth strategy.
Hotcha founder James Liang said, “I am delighted to welcome our new franchisees who, with their background in business and catering come with a wealth of experience and represent the next chapter in the expansion of the business across the UK.
“We look forward to welcoming more franchisees in the region. They can either sign up to operate one outlet or can invest in a portfolio of stores.”
