Hotville plans rapid UK rollout after record sales
Franchise support, training, and marketing are offered as the brand doubles down on growth.
The Nashville fried chicken takeaway Hotville plans to open three additional outlets in the coming months, with three more planned later, and is seeking franchise partners to fund further expansion.
“2026 will be a year of significant growth for Hotville, and we are now inviting franchise applications as a response to continued customer demand,” said Ali Rajani, co-founder of Hotville.
The company said franchise partners will be offered training, help with finding and fitting out sites, and support through store openings, along with marketing assistance.
The chain has also reported record sales, with its strongest week occurring between Christmas and New Year, largely driven by orders through Uber Eats.
Hotville currently operates five outlets in Leicester, Birmingham, and Nottingham.
