Papa John's inks partnership with Staffordshire-based pub Saracen's Head
The move is part of the chain's flexible approach to offer its pizza in more locations.
Papa John’s pizzas will be available for ordering at Staffordshire-based pub Saracen’s Head, courtesy of a new partnership between the two businesses.
From 12 April, pub-goers returning to frequent the public house in Weston can enjoy the chain’s pizza served up with their preferred beverages inside, or in the pub’s extensive beer garden.
“Our partnership with Papa John’s is the next step designed to enhance our proposition as we gear-up to welcome the return of customers this spring and summer,” Saracen’s Head general manager Lucy Dell said.
“Papa John’s pizza will be available for both collection and delivery orders. For those who [are] looking to enjoy our safe, socially distanced facilities, including our huge family beer garden and meet our resident herd of ten lamas, there is also now the chance to enjoy Papa John’s pizza with a pint at the same time!”
Justin Gilbert, Papa John’s UK director of business development, added: “With pubs reopening, Papa John’s at the Saracen’s Head is a great example of how we can help drive profitable growth for selected establishments right at the heart of the community. By flexing our franchise offering we can provide the global support and marketing of our brand to suitable pubs to help them drive traffic and differentiate from the competition.”
