Square Pie opens Birmingham Grand Central store
The brand opened in Birmingham Grand Central Shopping Centre, the first opening outside of its current locations in London.
Founder Martin Dewey said, “2015 has been a big year for us so far, and we’re excited to be broadening our listings outside London. This is just part of our wider business growth plans over the next few years, as we are looking to open even more restaurants around the country, bringing our very unique high quality pies to more Brits nationwide.”
“We’re excited that our Pie World Cup will be running in the new Birmingham restaurant too, so locals can support their favourite pie and sample the favourites Kangaroo Pie for Australia, Moose Pie for Canada and the classic Dallaglio Foundation Steak and Ale Pie for England!”
This development is part of wider expansion plans, having recently opened its biggest restaurant at the O2 in Greenwich and with plans to open an additional five restaurants in 2016.
