Taco Bell to open drive-thru restaurant in Aberdeen

The launch will mark the brand’s 60th UK restaurant opening.

Taco Bell will open a new drive thru restaurant in Aberdeen on 7th June, the fast food chain revealed in an announcement.

Customers will be able to order in advance via the Taco Bell app, website or third-party delivery platform, use the digital kiosks in-store for takeaway, or dine in at the 32-seater restaurant.

“We’re delighted to be able to bring the Drive Thru platform to Aberdeen.” Lucy Dee, head of marketing at Taco Bell UK, said. “Aberdeen has been crying out for more Taco Bells and we’re very pleased to be able to deliver; creating local jobs despite challenging circumstances.”

Raja Adil, CEO of franchisee The Adil Group, added: “This will be our 8th Taco Bell opening in Scotland and with even more planned this year, it’s never been more exciting!”
