The Vurger Co to launch first permanent site in March 2018

It will be located at Shoreditch, East London.

After a number of pop-ups both at festivals and throughout London, along with a successful crowdfunding campaign last year, the company will be turning their offering into a permanent fixture in this area of London.

The new site will feature The Vurger Co’s full menu, including their Tabasco Auburger, made from aubergines, chickpeas, red onion and vegan cheese, as well as the company’s mac’n’cheese and shakes. Other highlights from the menu will include the Classic, the Mexican and the MLT.

Rachel Hugh, founder of The Vurger Co said, ''We couldn't be happier, we have lived in East London for over 10 years and we adore its vibe and authenticity. We have traded in the area for 2 years through various pop ups, events and festivals so moving into Shoreditch was the perfect match for The Vurger Co. We just can't wait to get started and continue to revolutionise fast food through the power of plants!”

Capacity at the Shoreditch site will be around 30 and there will be both indoor and outdoor seating. In addition to their food menu, the site will also be serving Canyon Coffee, a selection of beers, wines and soft drinks. All packaging, including straws, used by The Vurger Co is compostable.
