Woking opening signals IRO Sushi UK expansion

A new outlet in Tunbridge Wells is also scheduled to open this month.

IRO Sushi is set to open its first outlet in Woking in January, at 40–42 Commercial Way, GU21 6EN.

The Woking site will offer the chain’s standard sushi range, including a Salmon Selection box with salmon avocado rolls, salmon maki, nigiri, and sashimi.

The menu also features items such as Super Crunch rolls—including a chicken katsu, avocado, and cucumber roll fried in tempura batter and topped with tonkatsu sauce—alongside futomaki, nigiri, sashimi, and temaki.

In addition to sushi, the restaurant will offer a selection of hot dishes and starters, catering to meat, fish, and vegetarian customers.

These include katsu curry, teriyaki rice dishes, fried noodles, noodle soups, and gyoza.

The Woking opening forms part of IRO Sushi’s wider expansion plans.

The company aims to reach 100 locations worldwide over the next five years and has said it plans to open several more UK sites in 2026.

A new outlet in Tunbridge Wells is also scheduled to open in January.
