Casual Dining Group launches new leadership training programme

It runs from 3 to 7 February.

Casual Dining Group (CDG) has launched a new leadership training programme for their employees.

Crafted in partnership with apprenticeship specialists Remit Group, the Leadership Academy Plus programme combines the company’s own talent programmes with apprenticeship programmes level 2 to 4, and focuses on key areas such as back of house hospitality, food production and management.

"These structured courses will give clear guidelines and support for identifying and elevating hardworking, talented employees throughout our business, and further demonstrates the rich pool of opportunities that exist within a career in hospitality," CDG Human Resources Director Claire Clarke said in a statement.

Additionally, CDG runs a number of other apprenticeship courses focusing on other specialisations, like human resources, finance and marketing. These are offered in partnership with different providers like Leeds Beckett University.
