Byron appoints Sophie Michell as food and drink director
The renowned chef and food writer will oversee all of Byron’s food and drink recipes.
Byron announced the appointment of Sophie Michell as Food & Drink Director.
In this new role, Michell is expected to use her extensive experience as a chef, restauranteur, food writer, and television presenter to develop all of Byron’s food and drink recipes. She joins the chain having worked in professional kitchens for over 20 years, including executive chef of Belgraves Hotel and Home House.
Part of the team behind Gorgeous Kitchen at Heathrow Terminal 2, she has also forged a career as a food writer and television presenter publishing eight cookbooks and hosting successful TV shows such as Cook Yourself Thin.
