Caffe Nero appoints Stacy Schapira as new human resources director in the UK
Schapira was formerly the chief people officer of Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group.
Caffe Nero has announced that they appointed Stacy Schapira as their new human resources (HR) director in the UK.
Schapira will now be responsible for further developing the brands’ traditional HR functions in the as well as recruitment and hiring programmes. She will also support the training and development programmes.
“Stacy has a huge passion for people and will really help us develop our culture and people practices so we not only provide first class service for our customers but protect and grow our special working culture here,” Gerry Ford, chairman of Caffe Nero, said.
“I’m delighted to have joined the Caffè Nero team and I’m hugely excited about the commitment and passion the business has for its people, both employees and customers,” Schapira said.
